... this was the idea which brought together the directors of Indian Ocean televisions, in Madagascar end-2006, for a conference aiming to revive ARTOI. With the help of CFI, plans are now beginning to become a reality, with two major projects under way:

  The creation of a Report Exchange System for Televisions in the Indian Ocean (SERTOI);
  The making of an Indian Ocean magazine show.
