In 2009, an initial training session took place in Bethlehem from 1-14 November. For ten days, ten young Palestinian women were trained in new media: creating and maintaining a blog with a name as evocative as it is symbolic - An-Nathra, "The View". The second session that took place from 30 November to 10 December 2009 gave these young women a chance to further their knowledge in updating and maintaining the blog, and improving their journalistic style. Visiting newsrooms and meeting with journalists rounded out the training.
Over the past 3 years, CFI has completed six projects in Palestine, in the course of which 18 experts led 95 days of training to benefit 130 Palestinian professionals.
