Special programme: “Exceptional Women” in Africa

Writing and producing in Africa 2A first training workshop on preparing the various film shoots for the special programme “Enquête d'Afrique: Femmes d'exception" (Africa Investigation: Exceptional Women), produced in partnership with Canal+, was held in Abidjan at the beginning of October.
This programme, which sheds light on the lives of inspiring women on the African continent, will be broadcast on International Women's Day, on 8 March 2020.
The six directors – from Togo, Senegal, Guinea, Gabon, Madagascar and Benin – worked for six days on the sequencing of the programmes, the angle to adopt, the storytelling for the characters, the shot sequencing and other issues related to the hazards of a film shoot.
